    How to take this offer up?

    Step 1: Needs assessment

    Equipment needs:
    1. What products are you looking for?
    2. In what quantity?
    3. How long do you want to rent for?

    Business Needs (give us some information about your business):

    • Completed Business Application form
    • Latest signed Financial Statements if older than 6 months up to date Management Accounts (income and balance sheet)
    • 3 months bank statements (internet statements not accepted)
    • Organogram/shareholding

    Step 2: Get an Idea of total rental cost by using our Calculator

    • Our calculator gives an indicative estimate of your monthly repayments
    • Add in your customers name and the cost of the solution (tab1)
    • Click on PDF and send the PDF quote to your customer

    Step 3: Complete our application

    • Get your customer to fill in the Business Application and email the necessary documents to rsl@rentworksafrica.com
    • Our credit team will do the necessary checks to grant a credit facility
    • You will be informed if the credit facility has been approved or not via our ASBIS finance consultant

    Step 4: Get your Equipment!

    • Our ASBIS finance consultant will send the customer a Term Sheet with the conditions of the credit facility and take them through the process
    • The order will be placed by ASBIS Finance a division of RentWorks Africa (Pty) Ltd
    • You will then be taken through the process to sign the Master Rental Agreement
    • We will arrange for your equipment to be delivered to you via your Reseller!

    FAQs

    Business Financing Terms and Conditions:  

    Finance quotes are indicative and are exclusive of VAT and quoted for the term required (minimum 12 months to max 5 years) and does not include the additional payment option to buy hardware at end of term. No deposit required but once-off contract fee applicable. Subject to credit and rate approval
